Qualify Leads with VisitorTrack

Earlier this month I had the opportunity to test drive a product called VisitorTrack - developed by NetFactor. VisitorTrack is a lead management tool geared towards sales/marketing professionals. Once installed on your website, VisitorTrack has the ability to track visitors on your website and correlate them back to their organization (flagging visitors from fortune 4000 companies), address, phone, referring search engine/keyword and the number of pages they viewed. Furthermore VisitorTrack integrates with Jigsaw data so you can pinpoint executives from the companies who visited your website. VisitorTrack is very useful for B2B companies who are looking for more qualified leads in their sales process.VisitorTrack comes with a Free 10 Day Trial, so I recommend trying it out for yourself. Below is a sample of VisitorTrack's interface (click image for full view):

Here are some additional features of VisitorTrack:
- HotLeads - Pinpoint those companies most interested
- Instant eMail Alerts - Automatically receive eMails on those Visitors meeting your criteria
- User Defined Alerts - Customize alerts for Customers, Prospects, Competitors, and more
- Affordable - Most clients see a low cost-per-lead measured in pennies to a few dollars
- CRM Integration - Export the data you need in a report format, or for CRM integration

Look also into competitor LEADSExplorer. Is a web service (SaaS), thus no installation on your pc or server, just requires a java script to be inserted into your web pages. htt://www.leadsexplorer.com
Aggregation of website data by company.
LeadGenesys (www.LeadGenesys.com )now has an innovative solution for just $295 that does the same but additionally enables you to customize your alerts, correlate webvisits to actual contacts in your prospect base, and also send trackable emails via an outlook plugin.

I have used both LeadGenesys and VisitorTrack - no comparison.
Leadgenesys is used to track opt in campaigns and track people you already know about. It is not very robust to identifying actionable information on new and fresh leads.
Visitortrack's reporting and realtime integration with their databases gave us for more accurate and actionable information.
Jeff,
Isn't LeadGenesys in the middle of law suits?
I have seen all three of these products and I would have to agree Visitortrack is far more superior.
Anonymous ( I mean Netfactor employee ),
Please be factual when posting in a public forum. In over 7 years of business, LeadGenesys has never been involved with a single lawsuit.
Does you CEO know how you operate?
If you really had used the LeadGenesys Pipeline Builder,
( http://www.leadgenesys.com/products/pipeline.aspx )you'd know that it triggers instant alerts with extremely detailed and actionable information on your anonymous website visitors -- based on your own custom criteria.
In fact, it reveals more than just the anonymous visitors... it also reveals known or cookied visitors when emails are sent by the marketing department or by the sales team via the unique Outlook Plug-in.
By blending website visits and email activity, it can trigger more timely alerts with more informative detail to the sales reps.
My name is Don Atkins and I am principle with a company called Prima holdings. I was the person that posted the previous post.
With a previous company we did try out Lead Genesys, Lead Lander, Demand Base, and VisitorTrack.
The matter of fact, for price, functionality and ease of use, VisitorTrack blew Lead Genesys out the water. And I know for a fact that Lead Genesys has been ordered by a US Court to cease using patented phrases of netFactors, which was confirmed by a snickering sales person at lead genesys.
Biggest reason why I was turned off, not to mention the lack of accurate information, we were not impressed with lead genesys.
But again, don't take my word, look at all of the services and you will see for yourself.
