Recently a friend of mine pointed me to a very cool new Facebook application called inTown. inTown leverages Facebook yet another way to better interact with your friends and even business colleagues. Here's the description of inTown:
InTown is an easy way to share your travel plans with all your friends! By adding a trip to your inTown calendar, you can let friends know when you're going to be visiting their cities. You will also be notified when friends are going to be in your town!
With inTown, you can keep track of where your friends are going to be and see when your trips coincide with your friends' trips!
When you add a trip to your inTown calendar, you will immediately see a list of which friends are staying in that city, as well as who will be traveling there while you are there.

This application is awesome.
I love the potential of your idea....I am perhaps,your grand father in age, spirit, worldly/social affairs & psychology....and have 6th, 7th, 8th sense
:) if you add another BEAUTIFUL FEATURE of ****staying in touch****
it may force people to travel more....see & feel more seismic activity....more usage...more population drawn to it
so let me know that you are awake....and my input was seriously thought about.....I dont care if you decide against it....but I will still use the baby feature in its infancy...
*remember once you stay in touch..that moves many wheels....and face book is lot of shallow one liners..hi menal how r you...I miss you...i truly hate those people
