Gmail Labs has launched a great new feature which allows users to view multiple panes without having to open numerous browser windows. In order to turn this feature on go into your Gmail Labs settings and enable “Multiple Inboxes.”
“Add extra lists of emails in your inbox to see even more important email at once. The new lists of threads can be labels, your starred messages, drafts or any search you want, configurable under Settings.”

Fantastic! Gmail is becoming the defacto standard, and as soon as MS pushes free POP access to the U.S., I won’t need any inferior email interfaces.
