According to Comscore’s latest report, Indonesia and Brazil have the greatest Twitter penetration whereas India, New Zealand and Malaysia all have Twitter penetrations of 8% and lower. Latin America overall has had over a 300% growth in visitors to Twitter since the same period in 2009.
