My SearchCenter contact at Omniture Inc. has informed me that Omniture will be adding additional support for all users on SearchCenter. The new SearchCenter support will be similar to that of SiteCatalyst (which I find very useful). Here’s what will be included in the new SearchCenter Support:
- Search through frequently asked questions from our Knowledge Base
- Access Omniture white papers
- Submit questions
- Report possible product bugs or data discrepancies observed on your account
- Request feature enhancements for future versions
- Keep track of the status of, and when necessary update, your outstanding incidents
- Initiate live chat sessions with our Support team
