With all the recent hype about the potential sale of Mashable, it seems that everyone (even folks outside the technology work) are starting to show an interest in this giant tech blog. It’s funny how a $200 million dollar valuation can trigger people’s interest particularly in the business world.
Termed a “tussel for SXSW twitter triumph” a month’s data is used in this infographic, which takes a look at Mashable in terms of twitter size, following and activity and puts it side by side with TechCrunch – its biggest competitor in the tech blogging space.
It show comparisons on number of twitter followers, ratio of followers to following and level of recent engagement in the world of twitter. Thursday appears to be the most active day for tweets for both of these giant publications so I guess there must be something in that.
