What is it good at?
CardioLog Analytics is the only web analytics solution designed for SharePoint. It enables you to improve the usability of your intranet, drive portal collaboration, boost your ROI and enhance the overall productivity of your business.
The target users are SharePoint admins and business owners. These can be users who are responsible for a site, sub site, farm, or any other area of the portal.
How is it used?/What do you get?
Users receive a full web analytics and engagement tool which allow them to optimize their sites base on the information provided by CardioLog. The CardioLog dashboards include information such as:
- Most popular sites and list items (pages, announcements, wikis, blogs, etc.)
- Unused sites
- Top SharePoint webparts
- Average page views by day of the week
There are many different kinds of users that we can distinguish by the following groups:
Averages: Page views per Visitor, Page views per visit, visit duration
Visit specifications: length, depth, visitor activity
Type of Visitor:
- Anonymous vs. Authenticated users
- New vs. Returning Visitors
- Inactive Users
- Returning Visitors
- Unique Visitors
- User Groups
By specification: Bounce Rate, Browsers, Loyalty, Who is Online, Departments, and Regions
Onsite there are the following types of search: Destination Pages, Failed vs. Successful, Origin Pages, Phrases and regular Onsite Searches.
Besides the actual search specifications we have the following sections: Visits with Onsite Search, Average onsite search per visit, failed onsite search.
Navigation offers the following parameters: Average time to page, entrance paths, exit pages, external destinations, internal traffic sources, landing pages and navigations summary. Off course we also follow the next page and previous page clicks.

Beyond web analytics CardioLog Analytics also provides a complete engagement tool; Voice of Customer. The Voice of Customer tool allows organizations to fully engage with their audience.
There are three editions of CardioLog Analytics. The CardioLog license is perpetual and required for each WFE server.
