KISSmetrics tracks every interaction visitors have with your business, including offline and then ties that anonymous activity to them once they do actually turn into a customer. This allows you to understand where they came from, what they did, and what ultimately led them to become a customer. The social media entities tracked are: Facebook social plugins, Twitter follows, Tweets, Google +1 and Linkedin Shares.
