What is it good at?
Social media monitoring, engagement and publishing tool, enabling an organization to centralize social media management and:
- monitor sentiment and spot trends across multiple Twitter accounts and Facebook pages,
- evaluate and identify influencers, and then engage with these individuals,
- schedule social updates and analyze the engagement.
- Connect Module available either as a stand-alone tool or fully-integrated as part of the Meltwater Buzz Social Suite. This module enables the organization to create tabs for Facebook Pages and view the analytics across multiple pages.

How is it used?
The user creates searches for terms that are relevant to their organization, these searches along with activity on Facebook and Twitter are fed into the dashboard. From here the user can monitor activity, identifying what action is required for new followers or new conversations around the organizations brand.
It is possible to set up summary emails, reports and alerts from the dashboard and also to engage with that organization’s audience and specific individuals e.g. replying via Twitter to comments received.
