Supplied by The Sandpit, SoDash is an online dashboard which uses artificial intelligence algorithms to categorise and tag social media messages. The algorithms enable clearer sentiment identification and aid organizations in managing their social media presence in particular, identifying the key messages in amongst all the social “noise”. (Spam messages are filtered out and foreign language Tweets are translated into English).
The key messages are grouped into; lead generation, customer service, brand management and competitor monitoring. Also contained within the dashboard are search and reporting tools.

How is it Used? / What do you get?
The business identifies the objectives and what they want SoDash to spot.SoDash uses artificial intelligence algorithms and so can be initially configured and then “trained” further to recognise certain messages and tag their category and sentiment so the business can prioritise and organise these responses e.g. a complaint is flagged as such and sent to the customer service team, while competitor information is sent over to marketing and sales.
SoDash enables organizations to set up draft responses against specific tags which can then be either sent or edited before sending.
The messages are gathered into an “organised archive” which the business user can filter in keywords, relationships, location or time periods and the reporting and analysis tool allows for the creation of charts and spreadsheets.
