What is it good at?
Aquired by Google in the summer of 2012 Wildfire position themselves as “The complete Social Media Marketing Suite for brands and businesses”. Wildfire offers organizations the ability to integrate promotion techniques with social networks and use Wildfire as a social media management platform to aid in the growth, engagement, monetization and management of the social networks.
From small businesses and agencies through to large brands.
How is it used?
The organization sets up their Wildfire platform depending on the number of users and number of different brands, sub brands or geographical regions. Each different “account” will have its social properties connected/integrated with Wildfire allowing promotions to be created and the social networks to be managed.
What do you get?
The Promotions product offers: ability to set promotions for one social property on a pay-as-you-go basis. The price range selected determines the level of support and the branding and customization available. Audience targeting is not available with Promotions, but basic permissions and analytics specific to Promotions are available.
The Social Marketing Suite offering is also determined by the choice of plan:
- “Pro” provides the user with one social property, custom promotions, standard permissions, branding and advanced analytics but no audience targeting.
- “Enterprise” provides multiple social properties, custom promotions, advanced permissions, branding, advanced analytics and audience targeting.
Organizations using the Social Marketing Suite gain a dedicated Account Strategist.
Promotions and the Social Marketing Suite are priced separately.
Promotions pricing is offered as a range from basic, through standard and premium up to white label. *
